Praana is a 2019 Indian psychological thriller film directed by V. K. Prakash and written by Rajesh Jayaraman. It is a multilingual made in Malayalam, Hindi, Kannada, and Telugu languages. Nithya Menen is the sole actor in the film, who plays an English writer. The film used surround sync sound for the first time ever in Indian cinema. Resul Pookutty and Amrit Pritam was the sound designers and P. C. Sreeram was the cinematographer. Louis Banks, Arun Vijay, and Ratheesh Vegha provided the music for the film.
The Malayalam version of the film released on 18 January 2019.
